Should not depend on Crypt::OpenSSL::DSA::Signature #15

Crypt::OpenSSL::DSA::Signature is a documentation-only module. Meaning, there is no Crypt::OpenSSL::DSA::Signature in 02packages.details.txt.

Fixed in master. If you think its important enough I can do another release. I am working on some additional fixes that will likely release in a few days so this will be in it/
