GitHub no longer supports the git:// protocol as it is not encrypted, so change the clone URLs to use https://

Probably not on its own. MetaCPAN is fixing up the URLs for the repository link in the sidebar, so anyone finding it via that will already get the correct URLs. And if you do attempt to clone the git:// URL, GitHub provides an error message with more information.
