Nav: Allow right/middle click on nav #1

Allow right and middle click on the nav menu so that you can copy links or open them in a new window.

Would need to look into what I could do with the jsTree configuration, where there is a onrgtclk callback. I'm not sure how I'd get it to display a menu, though. Suggestions?
