Pre-formatted Text Clipped in Lists #2

The first line of a <pre> block in a list looks like it's clipped, so perl Makefile.PL becomes erl Makefile.PL. Example. Likely it's because the list has CSS to make its bullets align with text, and it's applying to things under the list, as well.

I believe this commit fixes the issue (the example looks much better now..
