history changes #3

These changes change the URL to the current module, so the URL could be copied and sent to colleagues.

Not all browsers support history stacks. I did not make any effort to test in browsers which do not support history stacks.

I tried to update the tree so that the current module would be selected, but this is difficult because changing the selection triggers the onselect method which would cause another history.pushState.

theory commented 13 years ago

Happy to merge this if you can make it degrade gracefully on IE 7+, Safari 3+, and Firefox…er, 4+? Not sure what's reasonable there.
