I just took a picture of the cover of CGI Programming with Perl that we could replace that with.
@jacoby can you email me the image or post it somewhere I can download it? Thanks
I just put it into PR #209
I've removed the cover image.
I support and endorse this move.

In addition to all the criticisms of this article from https://www.reddit.com/r/perl/comments/9wfgtf/perl_and_cgi/, it appears that the heading photo saying "Official guide to Programming with CGI.pm", which is actually the cover of a referenced book, is causing this article to get misconstrued as something official itself (https://thehftguy.com/2019/10/07/perl-is-dying-quick-could-be-extinct-by-2023/#comment-15903). Please remove or replace it.
