2nd try - Issue #250: First set of files to be updated with 'mcpan' shortcode. #324

Here is my 2nd try at creating a pull request. I have verified that only the 2 updated files are being added to this pull request.

I think the best links for these two are the ones that are already there.

Remember that you need to hand-check that the links you are updating actually exist. The shortcode merely puts https://metacpan.org/pod/ in front of the module name.
