This is the first of the Mare stuff series (Note the "a" :-).
Mare stuff are basically stuff that encompass (regroup) other stuff,
and that would be too big to cover under a single regular "thread/issue".
Regular "issues", including those that are marked as "more stuff", could (should?) refer to one or more "Mare stuff" in their "WHY" sections (i.e. as their "raison d'être")
The WHAT
Achieve feature parity with GLD Getopt::Long::Descriptive.
The term "Feature parity" with XYZ is used in the sense that, end of the day, XYZ should not have any "more stuffs" that GLM doesn't have.
