Materiliaze tests from GOL's test-suite #30

This PR includes the actual materiliazed tests from GOL's test-suite. These have been generated by the toolset brought by #29, which would have to be separately applied.

Note that, unless yet an earlier PR (#28) is merged, some of these tests will fail. That's normal. Once PR (#28) is also merged, all tests should pass. ==> :-)

Just a heads up, committing 296a60e (renaming xt/ to xt/author/, renaming maint/ to devscript/) to follow convention.
