Editor for creating new layouts of 'circuits'

• [ ] Egui

  • [ ] Left hand side library of available components
  • [ ] Drag components
  • [ ] Drag components from library onto 'canvas'
  • [ ] Right click component with pop-out window where you can edit from where inputs come
  • [ ] Auto-drag wires from the output component to your input component
  • [ ] Select multiple components with a hold drag select feature
  • [ ] Save to disk
  • [ ] Switch from editor mode to simulation mode with the current version edited and back

Sort of addressed with #78 . Vizia implementation is missing, and we don't have anyone working on it currently. Let's keep this issue around for some future Vizia warrior.
