Merge with dev branch

This adds a bunch of features that we've been working on for the past 4-5 months

• Egui editor view
• Egui view for all of the RISC-V components
• Data memory view, Instruction memory view, Register file view panes for the egui based GUI
• CLIC component integrated with the RISC-V model
• The RISC-V model now has a graphical view that makes (at least some) sense
• Massive performance improvements to the egui view
• Improvements to documentation
• Smaller fixes and features that i've forgotten about

This shouldn't be merged as-is, still needs some cleaning.
