added canonical to sort the JSON #118

I found out about this working with another problem, but if, when you use ->pretty, you also add ->canonical, it sorts the keys.

I should've mentioned that canonicalizing the JSON output will solve this issue https://github.com/perlorg/www.pm.org/issues/117
