    ... no link to an official mailing list, but I found :
        http://mail.pm.org/pipermail/harrisburg-pm/
    ... which has a test message from 2011 and nothing else.

I'm going to take a serious shot at getting interest. I'd like to keep it active for now. If I fail by the end of the year, I will ask pm.org to shut it down.
