Fix for current rakudo #10

$*SPEC.catdir expects a volume as the first argument. Passing an empty string for the volume makes it work on Linux. Windows testing would be appreciated.

Hi, the refactoring commit means this onlly needs to be done in one place now, shall I PR a reformulation of this that means it merges cleanly?

Hi, All the changes in this are reflected in #13
