Hey, I needed a tempdir function ... see what you think. Maybe it's built into the language already? Still learning the ropes :)

You might have missed this ... any plans to use it? My Module-Minter repo depends on this change, so it would be great to get confirmation either way. Thanks!

Add the dependency on File::Directory::Tree to META.info and I'll merge it :-)
