[ ] catch remaining crafting types (mining, logging, etc)
[x] fire events on crafting messages
[x] add crafting widget with progress display
[ ] preference system

This module is currently functional in my personal repository. It needs a cleanup, a bit more functionality and some preferences to be generalized for anyone use.
