By default, in the ILAMB component no models are selected for benchmarking. If the user tries to run ILAMB this way, the PBS will fail with no easily-seen error message. The PBS should check that at least one model has been selected, and issue a warning if not.

This doesn't fix this issue, but I did add a warning message to the ILAMB display in PBS with https://github.com/csdms/wmt-metadata/commit/39207acc376f1cd21b2ae1d5581a1e2c317a6441.
