Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We'd prefer to use our in-house messaging system so that we can have consistent observability. We use Pulsar. OPAL supports Kafka but not Pulsar.

Describe the solution you'd like Allow us to use Pulsar with OPAL

Describe alternatives you've considered can't think of one at the moment

Hi Dan, you can add support for Pulsar by opening a PR on the broadcaster repository and adding the interface implementation.
