slowing down discord #2

whenever i have it turned on, specifically just this plugin, it slows down my discord to a crawl. my version of it is fully up to date

Have you tried disabling features (hover to view and hide in streamer mode) and seeing if that has an impact on the performance?

no combination has an impact

Is it slowing your client down only when blurring messages or always? I could make a branch that just hides the messages instead of blurring to see if that would improve it.
