Global update does not mark all upgradable packages #18

In a clean virtualenv, I installed Pyramid 1.0 (current is 1.3a2), and SQLAlchemy 0.6.5 (current is 0.7.4). Doing a global update marks Pyramid as upgradable, but not SQLAlchemy.
