Very cool project, will definitely be using.

I would like to add some support to fire off processes to run the actual pip install commands so I can update with a button when I get some more time.

That's nice, thanks. Please add yourself as contributor (see commit 55b656f0270ba9f2fb20f2182509cbf6ecfc31da for reference), so I'll merge this pull request as-is, but I'll need to change it later to add some documentation.
