Thanks for the pull request, I still need to review it. I need to check if we can't use the "pip" API instead of calling it using Popen.

I tested it on Chrome and I wasn't able to test the features due to some bugs, have you tested in Chrome ? In Firefox when I click on a project it show a messa to uninstall and the buttons doesn't work.
