Hi, Anestis.

This is a repo for a set of students at Perpetual Education

They are learning how to design and build web applications.

The question "what do you mean by outline" - is a good question. The learning process would involve figuring that out. "What is a README?" "What is it's goal?" "What should be included" -- all of those things. : )

Instead of telling the students "what to do" - we create an environment where they can do the learning.
