InitiatingPartyName does not appear to be mandatory data according to the schema, removed this from the validation check.
Make "InitiatingPartyName" optional when not included.
Introduced "PstlAdr" class.
Introduced XML conversion for "PstlAdr" in GenerateXml output.
Added helper method for "PstlAdr" class XML.
Added optional address elements to SepaIbanData.
