New pain version support #29

Are you planning to support the new versions pain.001.001.09 and pain.008.001.08?

Hi, In the short term, I've no plan to support the newest versions.

Changes seem minor according to https://blogs.sap.com/2022/12/08/new-payment-formats-according-to-iso-20022/ or https://blog.xmldation.com/resources/differences-between-iso-20022-pain.001-message-versions-03-and-09. And implemented versions still be used. I've not found an expiry date .
