Fixes in this pull request: InitiatingPartyId was not generated correctly on group header. Added InitiatingPartyId to Dbtr Element. Added CategoryPurposeCode to PmtTpInf Added Purpose to SepaTransferTransaction and to XElement

More meaningful error messages
