Update outdated dependencies, use different source for chiaki. #4

Thanks for this project, I came across when I was looking for a way of building chiaki from scratch. I forked your repository and changed the source but the build-visual_studio-qt6 workflow failed due to missing resources, so I updated them. I don't know whether the existing source should already pick the latest commit on the updated source, so I can discard that line if this is the case.

I'm ok with updating everything to working versions, but I don't understand why the change of source. Maybe it's just a matter of updating the commit in the sub
