ETA_VALUE keyword not recognized by DYMORE #5

The keyword @ETA_VALUE is not recognized by DYMORE in the code block for @CURVE_MESH_PARAMETERS_DEFINITION, although this is the keyword used in the DYMORE manual (section 4.4, page 66).

I was able to run DYMORE successfully using the keyword @ETA_COORDINATE instead of @ETA_VALUE. This is the same keyword used in the code block for @ORIENTATION_DISTRIBUTION_DEFINITION. The DYMORE manual has a typo in section 4.4. It should say @ETA_COORDINATE.
