Rewrite the topology/NURBS curve scripts to be object-oriented and more modular.

The old location of this code was spardesign/DYMORE/biplaneNURBS.m. The new location of this code will be spardesign2/scripts/topology.m or spardesign2/scripts/topology.py, depending if it is written for MATLAB or for Python.

The old MATLAB code may be ported to Python with the assistance of the source code at http://runten.tripod.com/NURBS/
