Add logging #173

Please review these changes.

I think that some logging could help us in the future to better investigate issues and new requirements.

Changes

Import logging
add info log to __init__ method
add debug log to request wrapper in case of >200 response or when 'errors' is in response text
add warning log to request wrapper when a RequestException is raised
add debug log to update_cookie method to list available cookie names
add info log to set_giid method
