Get time and date from server #228

I would like to suggest a feature common for download managers- "Get time and date from server", examples:

Free Download Manager:

free download manager 3 9 7 build 1627 - 2017-06-12 - 002

DownloadStudio: downloadstudio 10 0 3 0 - 2017-06-12 - 004

Internet Download Accelerator: internet download accelerator 6 13 1 1557 - 2017-06-12 - 002

EagleGet: eagleget 2 0 4 22 - 2017-06-12 - 002

As far as I know Aria2 supports this option.

This may be trivial but for me it is important to see the original time and date of a file (if the server supports it).

Why is this feature can be useful?

For me it is important to know the exact time a file was uploaded to a server. For example some developers do not keep exact change log for their programs and when downloading a file I can guess by the original time and date whether a project is in active development or not.
