3.2.0 release and incomplete languages #688

Hello We are going to release 3.2.0 soon. Please help us to translate Persepolis. Some languages are incomplete. Please review translation phrases in transifex and complete any missing translation for your language. We will add any language which reaches 100% translation to the next version of Persepolis.

List of incomplete languages: Chinese, German, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Swedish, Czech, Indonesian, Italian, Hindi

List of complete languages: Arabic, Dutch (Netherlands), French, Hungarian, Persian, Polish, Portuguese(Brazil), Spanish(Spain)
