Persepolis Version: 3.2.0.0
How do you install Persepolis? Scoop
Please attach log files if crash or paste error message

Issue Description and steps to reproduce: A lot of us already have ffmpeg,youtube-dl and aria2 installed and added to path. So, an alternate installer without those(and instead depend on the installed versions of those packages) would be great.
