Can not download files from University website, which uses Blackboard

Issue Description and steps to reproduce: By using the web browser Vivaldi (repository: deb https://repo.vivaldi.com/archive/deb/ stable main) I get an error when downloading a file from the website of my University (KU Leuven, which uses Microsoft software). I get this error each time I download a file, both from my email inbox and from Blackboard.

I can download these files by using Firefox, which comes with Mint, because it uses it own download manager.
