Issue Description and steps to reproduce:

Hi, I having a big trouble to download some files from ADNI Database (http://adni.loni.usc.edu/). When any file reaches 99% completion I get any random error, file mismatch, socket error or simple disconnection error. Probably it´s not Persepolis problem, however if you know anything (Setup/Config) that I try to download it properly please, let me known! I already try to limit connections to 1...

Congrats for you download manager, it was the only one that I could get at least almost something from that database, I will use for all my downloads from now!

Today I just tried to opened the files anyway and it opened! So even the program shows 99% of completion all files were downloaded properly!

Hi! Same problem in : Ubuntu 20.04 LTS . Latest Update of perse-police . downloading process is ended , but program is shows 99% . it have no problem to stop and resum download again for 100 . but when we make a Queue and start it .. after a long time it stops on first file in list and 99% without any change !
