32bit exe is supposed to work on 64bit as well #890

ran the 32bit 3.2.0.0 exe downloaded from releases , and got the error saying that this will run only on 32 bit platform this is weird , as any other normal 32bit exe runs perfectly on 64bit platforms

pls fix this

System Details:

Operating System: windows server 2022 [64bit]
Persepolis Version: 3.2
