Fix [buid-system] section in pyproject.toml #974

It seems that this is the correct way to require meson. Although, I still get errors from meson-python about installation path's when I want to use the standard method of building packages, but it's a step forward :P

Hello You are right :+1: Thank you. I just added toml to the project out of curiosity. we use meson.build for installation. We don't need toml to install Persepolis.

Yes, it works fine with the given instructions. A working toml would make it more standard Python package, so it'd be nice if it can be made to work. But looks like it has not been used much for desktop applications and is not that straightforward.
