[Feature Request] Port persepolis to Kirigami library #983

For better look and feel on KDE Desktop(plasma, plasma mobile, plasma bigscreen) , Please port persepolis to KDE Kirigami library.

Kirigami is used by default KDE apps, and it supports windows and mac too.
