Archive FarsiTeX source and binary files #4

Files are available here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/farsitex/files/

Source files should be moved to the main GH repo: https://github.com/persian-computing/farsitex

Binary files can be attached to the main repo as Release artifacts, or put in a separate new repo.
