ARM64 build? #9

Noticed the core application is running under Rosetta:

A build for M1s would be very much appreciated!

Yes, good point. Ideally we'd have a universal build.

The arm build was causing issues during the automated CI build which is why it's currently Intel-only. I can cut a custom build through. I'll drop a link into the discord. Don't want it to get indexed here because the link for the arm build will change next version.

Getting this when opening this build, however both search and the indexer (I see the nr of URLs indexed growing) seem to continue to work

if the app is running, could you hit the "restart backend" button in the settings page?
