More robust mapping file links and reads (using pkg_resources from standard library). Would previously not find files on my Mac and error. Now implemented as outlined in https://stackoverflow.com/questions/6028000/how-to-read-a-static-file-from-inside-a-python-package
updates to Jupyter notebook tutorial, closes #5

@Satannius I realize now that loompy isn't necessarily a requirement for the CELLEX package, only its tutorial. Would you prefer me to get rid of 9ce67e4 and keep it out of requirements.txt?
