[READY FOR REVIEW] Add threading for comments

This PR adds threading, specifically it

on the client, will hide all layers deeper that a user can expand by clicking the {# comments} more replies
if a user reaches the limit depth of 5, it will fetch the rest of that data and load it on the client

The code is a little tricky/finnicky so would appreciate eyes on this!

@amirgamil Nice!

Do you think setting a hard cap to the thread depth (like. 20) will make the frontend logic simpler? (as far I can see there's no cap now) I’m guessing that we need a hard cap anyway since the text box becomes narrower and narrower as depth increases.
The text “x more replies” is a little hard to recognize now. (guessing the design of “x more replies” in Figma will be applied later)
The thread I post a reply to collapses upon reply, but I think we wanna keep it open. (hope such logic tweaks become easier by setting a depth hard cap and making the logic simpler)
