Version 1 -

  1. General Cancer Abnormality - When selecting Yes - There should an option to provide abnormalities - Add the options to the yes
  2. General Cancer Abnormality - when saved returns as null - should save proper value - yes or no
  3. For chemotherapy when other chemotherapy medication is selected patients should have the option of adding more options, free text, possibly include instructions to add comma separated value or provide dynamic free text boxes
  4. Radiation Location [Nice to Have] - could be more apparent as a header
  5. Follow up rules are not being updated when dates are updated also check if follow up tests are updating when type of cancer is changed (rectal vs colon) - Leave the ones that are already entered and retire the auto generated ones and create new options
  6. Check if the wording in "This looks good" in symptom management
  7. Create a blank patient account and make it ready for data entry
  8. Test if all details for General History needs to be added or only cancer type is acceptable.

1,2 are related, cancer abnormality is shown only when there is a cancer abnormality. We need to have the addition of box when selecting yes and that should fix the null issue. Discuss if this is

  1. No update
  2. No update
  3. No update. After going through the new patient and adding a new surgery check if the new surgery date adds the followup data.
  4. Need to follow up with Skip.
  5. I created a blank patient and is ready for data entry - I documented the process here. I would like to recommend we add a feature in the new admin dashboard to do this via the portal to avoid going through so many pages as this will be repeated for each patient.
