[x] How will the billing for the server happen? Is there an HTS/CAITS account or will we be sent a regular invoice?
[x] If we move to a production server will the cost change in any way if we only maintain one server?
[x] If we move to a production server can Burke Mamlin and I (we have access to test server) have access on production server?
[x] We need to send emails to users, is there a process in place through HTS/CAITS we can use to configure sending emails? (Like an email server or something similar)

Followup with CAITS if moving the Production is possible without any change to access and cost
