Add help screen #55

Summary

Adds a "help" button that displays information about the current tool's menu.

Currently, only for the pen tool

screenshot: Help menu open, shows a label for the "Autocorrect" button. The help menu fills the screen and the "Autocorrect" button is bright and the other content is dark. A bright label is on top of the overlay. There are next and previous buttons.

Resolves #51.
