mico.urdf has incorrect offset on J2 #22

@PyryM noticed this earlier today. This could be related to the mysterious offsets that @mklingen noticed in mico_hardware.

I hand-tweaked the urdf to make it line up with reality (as verified though the augmented reality viewer and also by putting j2 into a totally vertical position and making sure that it matches).
