Which driver to use? #34

We need to decide which Kinova driver to use. Right now we're using libkindrv but what about Kinova's own driver? It'd be great to make this decision soon and stick to it.

Decided to use Kinova's own driver. Logic being that Kinova plans to support it and that if we want upgrades (which seem to actually be happening) we would have to reverse-engineer the USB commands each time and add them to our copy of libkindrv.
