This PR updates chimera configurations reflecting API changes of DART 6.4.

Depends on #53

Testing locally...

I could successfully build and import dartpy on Ubuntu Xenial for Python3.

@psigen Thanks! I removed the duplicate line, which was an oversight introduced by the last merging commit.
