Correctly added edits for herb2 launcher #37

Adding herb2 launch file to start the kinect2_bridge and watchdog nodes. This launch file is called via ssh in start_herb.sh. This file will be further modified to start k2_client for windows machine once that is ready to be used.

This is a cleaned up version of an earlier pull request( #36 ) which is now closed.
