Disabling the IK mode #22

Hi,

If the IK fails when the ghost and real manipulators are aligned, it is impossible to disable the IK mode. Could you add a mechanism to disable it, e.g. an extra list item under "Reset DOF Values"?

Good point. I'll add an option to the ghost manipulation to disable it.
